Our Mission
The Carbon Lehigh Special Needs Children's Foundation purpose is to secure resources from individuals, corporations, community organizations and foundations to be distributed to support programs, projects and services for the benefit of children with special needs in Carbon and Lehigh Counties, Pennsylvania, which will lead to the overall improvement of the quality of education and an enhancement of community support.
